This has twenty-two, every one at an amount worth taking, including 18 mg of iron as gentle Ferrochel® chelate rather than the salts that upset stomachs. Active folate, P5P B6, D3 with K2. What it supports

+
Iron that doesn't fight back
18 mg of elemental iron as Ferrochel® chelate, bound between two glycine molecules — the form that is generally easier to tolerate than conventional iron salts.
+
Red blood cells and the oxygen they carry
Iron, active folate and B12 support healthy red blood cell formation, normal haemoglobin production and the oxygen transport that depends on both.
+
Energy metabolism, properly supported
A full complement of B vitamins in their active forms, sitting inside the machinery that turns food into usable energy.
+
Bones and muscles, not just vitamins
Vitamin D3 with K2 as MK-7, plus magnesium and boron — the group behind healthy bones, muscle function and normal calcium metabolism.
+
Immune and antioxidant cover
Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium and beta-carotene supporting immune function and the body's antioxidant defences.
+
Active folate, for women's needs
400 mcg of L-5-MTHF rather than folic acid, supporting normal methylation, nervous-system function and women's reproductive wellness.

Inside the formula

22 nutrients in bioavailable forms — Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate iron, L-5-MTHF folate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6, cholecalciferol D3 with K2Quest® MK-7, and bisglycinate-chelated magnesium, copper and manganese

Two things decide whether a women's multivitamin is worth taking: which forms are inside it, and whether the iron is tolerable. Folate appears as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate rather than folic acid, because that is the form the body uses directly. B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate rather than pyridoxine, for the same reason. D3 is paired with K2 as MK-7 because they act on the same pathway and are usually sold apart. And the iron is Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate at 18 mg — bound between two glycine molecules, which is why chelated iron is generally easier on the stomach than conventional salts.*

Frequently asked
questions

How do I know what's on the label is in the bottle?
Trust should be verifiable. Every batch we produce is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis for your exact lot is published on this page — potency, heavy metals, microbials. Testing begins the moment a raw material arrives, continues through production, and no batch is released until every result clears. The label is a claim. The COA is the proof.
How do you choose your ingredients and doses?
We formulate from peer-reviewed clinical research and dose to match it. We select the highest-grade material available for each ingredient, in the form the body absorbs best, and where a patented or branded form is the one that has actually been studied, that is the one we use. Every active appears at its exact amount, with no proprietary blends and nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
Where are CoreLabs supplements made?
In our own cGMP-certified facility in California's Central Valley. Manufacturing in-house means quality is our responsibility at every step rather than a supplier's promise. Raw materials are purchased through established US suppliers who import and qualify them, and every material is tested against our own specification before it enters production — wherever it originated.
Why are CoreLabs supplements more expensive?
Because of what goes in. We buy the highest grade of each raw material, in the most absorbable form, and we work with the branded and patented ingredient houses whose material the clinical research was actually run on — names like Lonza, Albion, RIBUS, Sabinsa and Indena. Wherever possible those materials are made domestically. Our capsules are titanium-dioxide free. Then it is made in our own facility and third-party tested batch by batch. Every one of those choices costs more than the alternative, and the price reflects it. Anyone can claim quality — we publish ours.
Should I be taking iron at all?
Worth finding out rather than assuming. Iron is one of the few nutrients where taking it when you don't need it can do harm, because the body has no easy way to shed a surplus. Many women in this age range do have higher iron needs, which is why 18 mg is here — but a blood test tells you your actual status, and that result belongs in a conversation with a clinician.
What is Ferrochel®?
Balchem's ferrous bisglycinate chelate — each iron atom bound between two glycine molecules. That structure keeps it stable through the gut, which is why chelated iron is generally better tolerated than free iron salts.
How is this different from your Men's Multivitamin?
The men's formula is iron-free, because most adult men don't need supplemental iron. This one carries 18 mg for the higher needs common in this age range, uses a higher amount of B6, and adjusts zinc accordingly. Same standards for the forms used in both.
When should I take it?
Two capsules daily with a meal. Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble and genuinely absorb better with food. Keep the dose away from coffee, tea, dairy, calcium supplements and antacids, all of which reduce iron absorption.
Who should not take this?
Do not take supplemental iron if you have elevated iron levels or an iron-storage disorder. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. This contains vitamin K, which interacts with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medication. Keep it well out of reach of children — iron overdose is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six.
