None of this replaces advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history, your medication list and your bloodwork. If you take prescription medication or are managing a health condition, speak with them before starting any supplement — including ours.

01General

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or managing a medical condition. Keep all supplements out of reach of children.

02Alpha-Lipoic Acid (CL-3301)

Alpha-lipoic acid can lower blood glucose. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you take glucose-lowering medication, and monitor as they direct.

Separate alpha-lipoic acid from thyroid medication by at least four hours. At higher intakes it can compete with biotin absorption, so space the two apart if you take both.

03Magnesium Complex (CL-102)

Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have reduced kidney function, since magnesium is cleared renally.

04Women's Multivitamin 18–50 (CL-601-W)

This formula contains 18 mg of iron. Do not take supplemental iron if you have elevated iron levels or an iron-storage disorder such as haemochromatosis. Iron is one of the few nutrients where taking it unnecessarily can cause harm, because the body has no easy route to shed a surplus — a blood test tells you your actual status.

This formula contains vitamin K, which interacts with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medication. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you take either.

It contains iodine. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you are being treated for a thyroid condition.

Iron may interact with thyroid medication, certain antibiotics and antacids. It is also less well absorbed alongside calcium supplements, coffee, tea and dairy — space those apart from your dose.

05Women's Multivitamin 50+ (CL-602-W)

This formula contains vitamin K, which interacts with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medication. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you take either.

It contains chromium. If you take blood-glucose medication, monitor blood glucose as directed by a healthcare professional.

It contains iodine. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you are being treated for a thyroid condition, or if you are undergoing cancer treatment.

06Prenatal Multivitamin (CL-1001)

This product does not replace a balanced diet or individualised prenatal medical care. Consult a qualified prenatal healthcare professional before use.

This formula contains 27 mg of iron. Do not take supplemental iron if you have elevated iron levels or an iron-storage disorder.

Vitamin K can interact with anticoagulant medication.

Iron may interact with thyroid medication, certain antibiotics and antacids, and is less well absorbed alongside calcium supplements, coffee, tea and dairy.

This formula contains no iodine and no DHA. ACOG and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend 150 mcg of iodine daily in pregnancy. Ask your midwife or obstetrician about separate sources for both.
