California Privacy Notice

LAST UPDATED · August 2026

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the CCPA.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

Over the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, email, postal address, phone number, account credentials.
  • Commercial information — products purchased, order history, subscription cadence.
  • Internet or network activity — pages viewed, browsing interactions, add-to-cart and checkout events.
  • Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Inferences — preferences drawn from the above to recommend products.
  • Sensitive personal information — limited to health-goal data you voluntarily provide (see our Sensitive Personal Information page).

2. Sources of personal information

We collect personal information directly from you (when you register, place an order, subscribe, take our quiz, or contact support), from your device and browsing activity on the Site, and from our service providers (Stripe for payments, Base44 for hosting, and shipping carriers).

3. Business and commercial purposes

We use each category of personal information to: provide and fulfill orders and subscriptions; process payments; communicate with you about orders and support; prevent fraud and abuse; improve our products, content, and Site performance; and, with your consent where required, send marketing you can opt out of at any time.

4. Disclosure of personal information

We disclose personal information to service providers and processors that operate parts of the business on our behalf (Stripe, Base44, shipping carriers, and advertising-measurement partners Meta and Google), each bound to use it only for our purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. For purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, the limited identifiers we share with Meta and Google (a hashed email and conversion events) may be considered "sharing" under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing — see our Your Privacy Choices page.

6. Your rights under the CCPA

California residents may exercise the following rights:

  • Know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about you.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to exceptions.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Limit — limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — receive equal service even if you exercise privacy rights.

7. How to exercise your rights

To submit a verifiable consumer request, email support@corelabs.co. We will verify your identity using information you provide and respond within 45 days (up to 90 days for complex requests). For authorized agents, we require signed written permission and may verify your identity directly.

8. Financial incentives

We do not offer any financial incentive for the collection or sale of personal information, and we do not charge different prices or provide different levels of quality of goods or services based on whether you exercise a privacy right.

9. Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 18 and do not knowingly direct marketing at minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
