Ingredients

Every CoreLabs formula is built on a branded, clinically-studied ingredient form — not a generic commodity powder. This glossary lists every active ingredient form we use across the range: what it is, why we chose it, and which formula it powers. Each links to the product it appears in, and where we have a dedicated ingredient page, to that too.

Minerals

• Albion® TRAACS® Magnesium Bisglycinate — a true bisglycinate chelate, 120 mg elemental magnesium per capsule for deeper sleep, muscle relaxation and steady calm. In Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Complex.
• DiMagnesium Malate — magnesium bound to malic acid, a molecule your cells use in the energy cycle; 200 mg elemental magnesium per serving for daytime support. In DiMagnesium Malate and Magnesium Complex.
• Ferrochel® Iron Bisglycinate — 27 mg of elemental iron in a gentle, chelated, non-constipating form. In Iron Bisglycinate 27 mg and Iron Complex, and in the Women's Multivitamin 18–50 and Prenatal Multivitamin.
• Chelated Selenium Glycinate — 200 mcg per capsule, the amount used across the antioxidant and thyroid research. In Selenium Glycinate.
• Chelated Zinc Picolinate — a full 30 mg or 15 mg per capsule for immune strength, skin, hair and nails. In Zinc Picolinate 30 mg and Zinc Picolinate 15 mg.
• Chromium Picolinate — 500 mcg per capsule, one a day, supporting carbohydrate and fat metabolism. In Chromium Picolinate.

Vitamins

• K2Quest® MK-7 — a premium branded vitamin K2; 180 mcg with vitamin D3 so calcium goes into bone, not arteries. In Vitamin D3 + K2 and every multivitamin.
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) — 5,000 IU in Vitamin D3 + K2; 2,000 IU across the multivitamin and Prenatal Multivitamin lines.
• Quatrefolic® L-5-MTHF (active methylfolate) — the active form of folate, no conversion required; 1,700 mcg DFE or 8,500 mcg DFE per capsule. In 5-MTHF 1 mg and 5-MTHF 5 mg, and in Iron Complex, the Prenatal Multivitamin and multivitamins.
• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) — 500 mg or 1,000 mg per capsule for immune and antioxidant support; also the cofactor iron needs in Iron Complex. In Vitamin C 500 mg and Vitamin C 1,000 mg.
• Biotin — a full 10,000 mcg in one capsule for stronger nails, healthier hair and everyday energy. In Biotin 10,000 mcg.
• Active B vitamins (methylcobalamin B12, active B6, riboflavin) — body-ready B vitamins across the range. In the multivitamins, Iron Complex and Prenatal Multivitamin.
• CoQ10 (ubiquinone) — 100 mg in the over-50 men's formula to support cellular energy and heart wellness. In Men's Multivitamin 50+.

Botanicals & compounds

• Berbevis® Berberine Phytosome — 1,100 mg of complex per serving, berberine bound to sunflower phospholipids for high absorption. In Berberine Phytosome and Complete Berberine.
• Berberine HCl — 1,000 mg per two-capsule serving, the exact amount printed on the label with no proprietary blend. In Berberine HCl and Complete Berberine.
• Curcumin C3 Complex® + BioPerine® — standardized to 95% curcuminoids at 1,500 mg, with 15 mg BioPerine® for absorption. In Curcumin C3 Complex + BioPerine.
• Casperome® Boswellia Phytosome — 500 mg of phospholipid-bound Boswellia serrata per capsule to support joint comfort and mobility. In Boswellia Phytosome 500 mg.

• Alpha-Lipoic Acid — 300 mg in one capsule; the antioxidant that works in both water- and fat-based tissue and regenerates glutathione and vitamin C. In Alpha Lipoic Acid.
• Sabeet® Beet Root Extract — standardized to not less than 2% nitrate, 1,000 mg per serving for nitric oxide and circulation support. In Beet Nitric Oxide.

Probiotics & synbiotics

Across the multivitamins
