Authorized Sellers & Product Authenticity

Our authorized sales channels are this website, corelabs.co, and our own Amazon.com seller account.

On Amazon.com, check the Sold by field before ordering. Our seller name is Corelabs inc. The seller ID is A1Z8ZXD9A15UNA. A CoreLabs product page, Brand Store link, or “Ships from Amazon” label alone does not identify the seller of an offer.

No other business or individual is authorized by CoreLabs Inc. to sell CoreLabs products or to represent itself as a CoreLabs authorized retailer, reseller, wholesaler, distributor, or agent.

Purchasing CoreLabs products does not appoint the purchaser as an authorized seller, create an affiliation with CoreLabs, or grant a license to represent an official CoreLabs sales channel. Only a written authorization issued by CoreLabs Inc. can establish such an appointment.

If a seller claims to be authorized, or you have a concern about a CoreLabs product, email support@corelabs.co. Include the product or listing link, seller name, and a description of the concern. If you have the bottle, clear photos of the packaging, seal, lot number, and expiration date can help us investigate.

A seller being unauthorized does not, by itself, establish that a product is counterfeit. We review the evidence and report substantiated counterfeiting, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, or other applicable marketplace violations through the appropriate channels.
