Sensitive Personal Information

The only category of sensitive personal information we collect, and only when you voluntarily provide it, is:

• Health data — the health goals and self-assessment answers you share in our get-started quiz or in messages to our support team (e.g., "I want support for sleep" or "I take this for calm").

We do not collect government identifiers (SSN, driver's license, passport), financial account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, private communications content, precise geolocation, or biometric or genetic information.

We use the limited health-goal data you provide only for the purposes you shared it: to recommend relevant supplements, to answer support questions, and to improve our catalog. We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than the narrow, stated purposes for which we collected it unless required by law.

We share sensitive personal information only with service providers that help us operate (Base44 for hosting and Stripe for payments) and only as needed to fulfill orders and support requests. We do not sell sensitive personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to the purposes for which it was collected. Because we already use sensitive personal information only for those narrow purposes, exercising this right will not change how we treat your data — but you may still request deletion at any time.
