How to take
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably away from calcium-containing supplements or high-calcium meals — calcium competes with iron for absorption. With food if your stomach prefers it.. Consistency matters more than timing — pick a moment you'll remember daily.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Consult your healthcare professional before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

What it supports

+
Supports healthy iron levels
Iron is among the most commonly under-consumed minerals, and 27 mg arrives here in a form the body can genuinely absorb.
+
Supports everyday energy
Iron carries oxygen to every tissue you have. Low iron is one of the most common reasons ordinary energy dips.
+
Supports red blood cell formation
Iron sits at the centre of haemoglobin, and the B6, folate and B12 alongside it are the cofactors that build the cell around it.
+
Gentle enough for every day
A glycine chelate is chosen for tolerability as much as absorption, which is what makes a daily iron sustainable.
+
The cofactors iron actually needs
Vitamin C to absorb it, and active B6, methylfolate and methyl-B12 to use it.
+
Three months in every bottle
Ninety capsules at one a day. Three months of steady iron, without thinking about it.

Inside the formula

Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate 27 mg, with vitamin C, B2, B6, folate and B12

Ferrochel® is iron chelated to two glycine molecules, a structure that lets it cross the gut wall intact rather than dissociating on the way. That is what makes a chelate both absorbable and easy to keep taking. Iron alone is only half the job, though: your body needs vitamin C to absorb it, and B6, folate and B12 to actually build red blood cells with it. This one carries the whole set, in their active forms — P-5-P, L-5-MTHF and methylcobalamin.

Frequently asked
questions

How do I know what's on the label is in the bottle?
Trust should be verifiable. Every batch we produce is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis for your exact lot is published on this page — potency, heavy metals, microbials. Testing begins the moment a raw material arrives, continues through production, and no batch is released until every result clears. The label is a claim. The COA is the proof.
How do you choose your ingredients and doses?
We formulate from peer-reviewed clinical research and dose to match it. We select the highest-grade material available for each ingredient, in the form the body absorbs best, and where a patented or branded form is the one that has actually been studied, that is the one we use. Every active appears at its exact amount, with no proprietary blends and nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
Where are CoreLabs supplements made?
In our own cGMP-certified facility in California's Central Valley. Manufacturing in-house means quality is our responsibility at every step rather than a supplier's promise. Raw materials are purchased through established US suppliers who import and qualify them, and every material is tested against our own specification before it enters production — wherever it originated.
Why are CoreLabs supplements more expensive?
Because of what goes in. We buy the highest grade of each raw material, in the most absorbable form, and we work with the branded and patented ingredient houses whose material the clinical research was actually run on — names like Lonza, Albion, RIBUS, Sabinsa and Indena. Wherever possible those materials are made domestically. Our capsules are titanium-dioxide free. Then it is made in our own facility and third-party tested batch by batch. Every one of those choices costs more than the alternative, and the price reflects it. Anyone can claim quality — we publish ours.
Will this upset my stomach?
Ferrochel® is a glycine chelate, a form chosen for tolerability as much as for absorption. Taking it with food helps if your stomach prefers it.
Why the added vitamins?
Vitamin C improves how much iron you absorb. B6 as P-5-P, folate as L-5-MTHF, and B12 as methylcobalamin are the cofactors your body uses to build red blood cells with that iron. Iron on its own only does half the job.
When should I take it?
One capsule daily, preferably away from calcium-containing supplements or high-calcium meals — calcium and iron compete for the same absorption pathway.
How long does a bottle last?
Ninety capsules at one a day is three months.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe at any frequency — every month, every 2 months or every 3 months — and save 10%. Subscribe to a second product and every subscription goes to 20%. Free shipping on subscriptions, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
