How to take
Take 1 capsule daily with food. Both vitamins are fat-soluble, so a meal containing some fat genuinely helps — this is the one instruction on the bottle worth following properly. Any time of day is fine.. Consistency matters more than timing — pick a moment you'll remember daily.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use without medical supervision if you are taking warfarin or other anticoagulant medication. Keep out of reach of children.
Quality & testing
Manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility. Raw materials are tested and qualified before use, and every finished batch is verified by an independent lab for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbials. Results publish on this page per lot.

What it supports

+
Calcium that ends up in bone
Vitamin D brings the calcium in. K2 makes sure it goes where you actually want it. One without the other only does half the job.
+
Strong bones year after year
Bone is living tissue that rebuilds itself constantly. Both vitamins are part of keeping that rebuilding going as the years add up.
+
Healthy arteries, not just bones
Calcium belongs in your bones rather than your arteries, and K2 is what keeps that distinction working the way it should.
+
Everyday immune strength
Vitamin D is one of the most dependable things you can take for ordinary day-to-day immune health, particularly through winter.
+
Support through low-sun months
Your skin makes vitamin D from sunlight. From autumn through to spring there simply is not enough of it, however much time you spend outdoors.
+
A K2 worth paying for
We use K2Quest, a premium branded vitamin K2. With this nutrient the quality of what is in the capsule counts as much as the number on the front.

Inside the formula

K2Quest® — a premium branded vitamin K2

Most people know vitamin D helps you absorb calcium. Fewer know that absorbing it is only half the job. Calcium still has to be put somewhere, and that is what vitamin K2 is for. Take D on its own and you raise the supply without directing it. Take them together and the calcium you absorb goes into building bone. We use K2Quest because with K2 the quality of the ingredient matters as much as the amount on the label, and 180 mcg is a generous amount of a good one.

Customers say

Summarised from customer reviews.

Convenience is the dominant theme: many reviewers say they previously bought vitamin D and K2 separately and prefer having both in one capsule. Capsule size draws repeated comment — several describe it as smaller than expected — along with no aftertaste or smell. Reviewers tend to describe it as an easy everyday supplement rather than something with a noticeable immediate effect, and the more critical reviews reflect that: no problems reported, but not enough perceived change yet to rate higher.

I was taking vitamin D and K2 seperately before this. Having both in one capsule is much more convenient and the bottle arrived properly sealed.

Frequently asked
questions

How do I know what's on the label is in the bottle?
Trust should be verifiable. Every batch we produce is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis for your exact lot is published on this page — potency, heavy metals, microbials. Testing begins the moment a raw material arrives, continues through production, and no batch is released until every result clears. The label is a claim. The COA is the proof.
How do you choose your ingredients and doses?
We formulate from peer-reviewed clinical research and dose to match it. We select the highest-grade material available for each ingredient, in the form the body absorbs best, and where a patented or branded form is the one that has actually been studied, that is the one we use. Every active appears at its exact amount, with no proprietary blends and nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
Where are CoreLabs supplements made?
In our own cGMP-certified facility in California's Central Valley. Manufacturing in-house means quality is our responsibility at every step rather than a supplier's promise. Raw materials are purchased through established US suppliers who import and qualify them, and every material is tested against our own specification before it enters production — wherever it originated.
Why are CoreLabs supplements more expensive?
Because of what goes in. We buy the highest grade of each raw material, in the most absorbable form, and we work with the branded and patented ingredient houses whose material the clinical research was actually run on — names like Lonza, Albion, RIBUS, Sabinsa and Indena. Wherever possible those materials are made domestically. Our capsules are titanium-dioxide free. Then it is made in our own facility and third-party tested batch by batch. Every one of those choices costs more than the alternative, and the price reflects it. Anyone can claim quality — we publish ours.
What makes K2Quest different?
It is a premium branded vitamin K2, and we chose it because with K2 the quality of the ingredient counts as much as the amount. It is made to a tighter standard than commodity K2, and every lot we run is tested and published so you can check it yourself.
Why 180 mcg of K2?
Because it is a generous amount rather than the minimum that lets a label mention K2 at all. It sits in the range used in the research on bone and heart health, and comfortably inside established safety limits.
Is 5,000 IU of D3 too much?
It is above the 4,000 IU tolerable upper intake level, which is worth knowing rather than glossing over. It is a widely used maintenance dose and the level most commonly studied for correcting low status, but if you already take D3 in a multivitamin, or you have not had your level tested, that is a conversation to have with a clinician first.
Why do D3 and K2 belong in one capsule?
D3 raises how much calcium you absorb. K2 activates the proteins that decide where that calcium is deposited. Taking the first without the second raises the supply without directing it, which is the whole argument for pairing them.
Do I have to take it with food?
Yes, properly. Both are fat-soluble and a meal containing some fat meaningfully improves how much you absorb. This is not a soft suggestion the way it is on a water-soluble vitamin.
I take a blood thinner. Can I take this?
Not without medical supervision. Vitamin K is a cofactor for several clotting factors, so it interacts directly with warfarin and other anticoagulants. This is a genuine interaction, not a precautionary label, so speak to whoever manages your medication first.
