What it supports

+
Iron-free, and that is the point
Iron requirements drop after menopause, and the body has no easy way to clear a surplus. Leaving it out is a decision, not an omission — iron belongs in a formula when a blood test says so.
+
Bone strength, the whole pathway
3,000 IU of vitamin D3 with 180 mcg of K2 as MK-7 — the same calcium pathway, which is why they belong together — plus magnesium and boron behind normal bone maintenance.
+
Cellular energy support
100 mg of CoQ10 and 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, both working inside the mitochondrial machinery that turns food into usable energy, alongside a full complement of active B vitamins.
+
Active forms, straight to work
L-5-MTHF folate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6 and 300 mcg of B12, supporting normal methylation and homocysteine metabolism without a conversion step in between.
+
Antioxidant defense at real amounts
250 mg of vitamin C, 20 mg of vitamin E, 200 mcg of selenium and 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, covering both the water-soluble and fat-soluble sides of oxidative defense.
+
Immune function and heart health
Vitamin C and D with zinc for normal immune function, and the D3 and K2 pair supporting normal calcium metabolism and cardiovascular wellness.

Inside the formula

23 nutrients in bioavailable forms — L-5-MTHF folate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate B6, cholecalciferol D3 with K2Quest® MK-7, bisglycinate-chelated magnesium, copper and manganese, plus 100 mg CoQ10 and 100 mg alpha-lipoic acid

After menopause the arithmetic changes. Iron requirements fall away, which is why there is none here — the body has no easy route to shed a surplus, so iron belongs in a formula only when a blood test says it does. Bone becomes the priority instead: 3,000 IU of vitamin D3 with 180 mcg of K2 as the long-acting MK-7, because they act on the same calcium pathway and are usually sold apart, alongside magnesium and boron. Folate arrives as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the forms the body uses directly rather than having to convert first. Then two nutrients chosen for this decade specifically: 100 mg of CoQ10, which sits inside the mitochondrial chain that produces cellular energy, and 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, an antioxidant active in both water-soluble and fat-soluble environments.*

Frequently asked
questions

How do I know what's on the label is in the bottle?
Trust should be verifiable. Every batch we produce is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate of analysis for your exact lot is published on this page — potency, heavy metals, microbials. Testing begins the moment a raw material arrives, continues through production, and no batch is released until every result clears. The label is a claim. The COA is the proof.
How do you choose your ingredients and doses?
We formulate from peer-reviewed clinical research and dose to match it. We select the highest-grade material available for each ingredient, in the form the body absorbs best, and where a patented or branded form is the one that has actually been studied, that is the one we use. Every active appears at its exact amount, with no proprietary blends and nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
Where are CoreLabs supplements made?
In our own cGMP-certified facility in California's Central Valley. Manufacturing in-house means quality is our responsibility at every step rather than a supplier's promise. Raw materials are purchased through established US suppliers who import and qualify them, and every material is tested against our own specification before it enters production — wherever it originated.
Why are CoreLabs supplements more expensive?
Because of what goes in. We buy the highest grade of each raw material, in the most absorbable form, and we work with the branded and patented ingredient houses whose material the clinical research was actually run on — names like Lonza, Albion, RIBUS, Sabinsa and Indena. Wherever possible those materials are made domestically. Our capsules are titanium-dioxide free. Then it is made in our own facility and third-party tested batch by batch. Every one of those choices costs more than the alternative, and the price reflects it. Anyone can claim quality — we publish ours.
Why is there no iron in it?
Because iron requirements fall away after menopause, and taking it without needing it is not harmless — the body has no easy way to shed a surplus. If you are still menstruating, our Women's Multivitamin 18–50 carries 18 mg of chelated iron and is the better fit. If you are past that and a blood test says you are low, take iron as a separate product at a known amount rather than assuming a daily multivitamin should decide it for you.
Why does it say 50+?
Because nutritional priorities move. B12 absorption declines with age, which is why it sits at 300 mcg here rather than a token amount. Vitamin D and vitamin K matter more for bone and arterial health after menopause, so both are raised. CoQ10 production falls with age, so 100 mg is included rather than left to a separate purchase. And iron comes out. Under fifty those emphases are different, and our 18–50 formula is built accordingly.
Will this help with menopause symptoms?
No, and we are not going to imply otherwise. This is nutritional coverage, not a hormonal intervention — there is no black cohosh, no phytoestrogen, nothing aimed at hot flushes. What it does is cover the nutrients whose requirements genuinely shift in this decade. Anyone selling a multivitamin as a menopause treatment is selling you something other than nutrition.
I already take vitamin D3 + K2, zinc or selenium separately. Should I take both?
Check the totals before doubling up. This already carries 3,000 IU of D3 with 180 mcg of K2, 12 mg of zinc and 200 mcg of selenium, so for most people it replaces those standalone bottles rather than stacking on top of them. Magnesium is the exception — there is 50 mg here, which is a supporting amount rather than a full serving, so a dedicated magnesium alongside it makes sense.
When should I take it?
Two capsules daily with a meal. Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble and genuinely absorb better with food, and CoQ10 and alpha-lipoic acid are better tolerated that way too. Whichever meal you never skip is the right one.
Who should not take this without speaking to a clinician first?
Anyone taking medication or managing a medical condition should check first, and four specifics are worth naming. This contains vitamin K, which interacts with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medication. It contains chromium and alpha-lipoic acid, so monitor blood glucose as directed if you take blood-glucose medication. And speak with a professional first if you are being treated for a thyroid condition or receiving cancer treatment.
